1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in the Enstructure Worker Safety SMS Notification Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Enrollment is facilitated by your employer (Enstructure or an Enstructure affiliate) as part of your workplace safety program. These terms govern your participation in the SMS notification service.
2. Program Description
Enstructure operates an automated SMS notification system designed to improve worker safety. The program sends text message alerts to enrolled workers when geofencing or safety monitoring systems detect that they are in or approaching designated hazardous duty areas. Messages may include:
- Hazardous zone entry or proximity warnings
- Safety protocol reminders relevant to a detected location
- Emergency or evacuation notifications
- Program updates or operational notices related to safety communications
This is a safety-focused, non-marketing program. Messages will not contain promotional or advertising content.
3. Enrollment and Consent
Enrollment in this program is administered by Enstructure's IT and Operations teams. By providing your mobile number through an authorized enrollment method (employer HR system, on-site enrollment form, or other designated channel), you are providing express written consent to receive automated text messages from Enstructure at the mobile number provided.
Consent to participate in this SMS program is not a condition of employment.
4. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies; typically up to approximately 4 messages per month per participant. Actual frequency may be higher or lower depending on your work location, site conditions, and active proximity events. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges your wireless carrier applies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of this program at any time by replying STOP to any message received from this program. Upon receipt of your STOP request, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enroll. To resubscribe at any time, reply START to any message.

8. Limitation of Liability
Enstructure's Worker Safety SMS Notification Program is provided as a supplemental safety tool. SMS delivery is subject to wireless network availability, carrier routing, and device capability. Enstructure does not guarantee message delivery and shall not be liable for delays, non-delivery, or technical failures outside its control. This program does not replace any required safety training, physical warning systems, or workplace safety protocols.
9. Modifications to Terms
Enstructure reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the program following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
