1. About This Policy
Enstructure ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our Worker Safety SMS Notification Program — a service that delivers automated safety alerts to enrolled workers when they are in or near designated hazardous duty areas.
This policy applies specifically to the SMS notification program. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described here.
2. Information We Collect
In connection with this SMS program, we may collect the following:
- Your name and employee identification as provided by your employer or HR enrollment
- Your mobile phone number (used solely for delivery of safety notifications)
- Your opt-in consent status and the date/method of consent
- Hazardous zone proximity data used to trigger notifications
- Opt-out or opt-in events associated with your mobile number
We do not collect financial data, government ID numbers, or any unrelated personal information through this program.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used exclusively to:
- Deliver worker safety alerts and hazardous zone notifications to your mobile device
- Maintain an accurate record of enrollment and consent status
- Respond to HELP requests or support inquiries submitted via SMS
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and carrier regulations
We will not use your mobile number or consent status for marketing, advertising, solicitation, or any purpose unrelated to worker safety notifications.
4. Data Sharing – SMS Opt-In Data
More specifically:
- Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or traded to any third party under any circumstances.
- Your consent to receive SMS messages will not be shared with any third party for purposes unrelated to delivering the safety notification service described in this policy.
- We may work with messaging platform providers, phone carriers, and technical vendors solely to deliver text messages to your device. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your data for their own marketing purposes.
- We do not share mobile opt-in data with lead generators, data brokers, or advertising networks.
5. Data Retention
We retain your mobile number and consent record for as long as you remain enrolled in the program, or as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations. Upon confirmed opt-out, your mobile number will be suppressed from future messaging and retained only as required by law or carrier compliance obligations.
6. Data Security
Enstructure implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved. Access to mobile number records is restricted to authorized personnel with a documented operational need.
7. Your Rights and Opt-Out Instructions
You have the right to opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time. To do so:

- Reply HELP (or INFO) at any time to receive contact information and program details.
- Contact us directly using the information in Section 8 to request removal or data inquiry.
